  Terrible customer service. They definitely could benefit from some more customer service training. If you can't even have a positive attitude towards customers why even work in the customer service business? Ill never go back to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  I ordered online when i went in to get it i was greeted with a irritated stare no words... i ordered extra lettuce cucumbers & mayo & received less then most subways would give you as a "regular portion size" i didnt bother asking for more of anything other then the lettuce cause it had almost none in there it was stuck in the cheese she dug in the cheese and told me that i had lettuce already & they aren't required to put alot and I told her that I ordered extra & told her to check my receipt and that I need some more lettuce because Its barely any.. she had an attitude and threw it on there very sloppy with a bad attitude . I will never come back this location which sucks cause i work right around the corner both hispanic ladys where rude reading the comments seems like they need to hire a whole new staff cause yall are loosing customers behind bad customer service!!!!!!

  I visited with my family and employee named Ericka was very rude about having a service dog. She argued about having to show documents, and I mentioned it's against the law to do that. I said you can only ask if it's a service dog and what tasks does he do. After a while of disagreeing I showed my service dogs documents and she got upset. She was very rude making our food, so I wrote a review and never got a call or message back so I wrote the U.S Department of Justice. Now I'm waiting to see about suing Subway and Employee for discrimination. Subway do better and teach your employees the law

  I’m a trucker and this is the only food I eat so to fast food not having whole wheat and when I came in the server/worker was rude, how she looked at me multiple times up and down and that made me feel uncomfortable and when she did my sandwich she put exactly 6 olives on it and when I asked her for more she refused even though I told that I would like to purchase the extra olives she also refused and she started talking in Spanish so I told her I don’t speak Spanish she wrapped and put on the screen to get tipped I would not recommend this branch to anyone due to workers failure to communicate in English and due to their set potions of 6 olives on a foot long definitely would drive an extra 10 minutes to be satisfied with my food( they don’t have cheddar cheese sauce either ) she said she never heard of it before 🤷🏼‍♂️
