    What an absolutely incompetant, shambolic, hole. Never again. Order in advance, go to the pickup line, and the staff serve the ordering line first, making you wait as though you had ordered in the store! Even when there is only your order waiting to be picked up it just lies there until the slothful woman behind the counter gets to the end of the ordering line. Complain and she just wails at you "I'm busy". The whole point of ordering online is to come in, pickup, and leave. These people don't even know that.

    If I can give negative 50 stars o would, this is the worst customer service ever. The whole ada on the $3.99 is a scam; you have to get exactly what’s offered which doesn’t make sense…am I five!? Do I only get meat and cheese? Then the rep telling me what I can’t have on the sandwich and he’s doing me a favor for giving me the veggies… Subway byeeeee! This is why your locations are slimming down - customers expect quality and sustainable customer service and yall are just not it. Unfortunately I won’t be going back to this place for a darn sandwich….goodness! Do better.

    The ladies there are the best. I’ve had bad experiences at other locations with the quality overall from service to food, but those ladies there take very well care of their store & customers.

    I went in tonight to pick up an online order I knew they hadn’t even started my order so I told an employee I had a simple request. Without even letting me say wha that request is he proceeds to try and lecture me on how he can’t add extra lettuce or extra onion like my online order requests. Mind you my request was only to put the cheese only on half my footlong nothing to do with the veggies, he tells me he can’t add the extra lettuce or onion because subway monitors the weight (not true) he was being extremely rude and with a attitude I said you know what cancel my order and he walks off to the back and says “abusivas” in Spanish so when he comes back out I asked his name and let him know I will be contacting subway about his behavior and choice of handling things. Not once was I rude to him, he proceeded to start getting loud and yelling abusive in Spanish and saying a bunch of things. Mind you I am with my child, he was a older Hispanic male I myself am Hispanic if he shows this kind of behavior and racism towards his own kind I can only imagine how he is with others.
