  I placed my order at the wrong location but I wasn't able to cancel the order thru the app, so I called the restaurant and they told me they can't cancel the order either, I asked to speak to the manager and the employee said manager not available.. What kind of service is this? You should be able to cancel your order and the employee was not helpful at all.. Very disappointed

  I love coming to this location. There is always sweet friendly señora ladies serving and the food is super fresh and tastes great. This time however, 8:15p Sunday May 31, 2026 it was totally different. I ordered my food to eat in. My daughter asks to go to the restroom, and I told her to go. She comes back and says the door doesn't open. I asked the young lady with a not so friendly face if there is a code to the door. She said, "no, we're about to close so we start closing at this time." She didnt even offer to open. Keep in mind, it is barely 8:15p and they close at 9p. I went on and since they were busy, I was having a good day, I tried to hurry up and eat so we could leave. Its 8:20p, and I see her go to the entrance door and lock it. There are customers trying to come in and the door is locked. She knows, but is completely ignoring them. A few min later, a family is trying to leave and they have to ask her if they can open the door to get out. . Its 8:30 and I feel so bad bc Im sitting right next to the door eating and there's customers trying to come in to buy their food!! The lady with a little girl at the door and a gentleman are not leaving. So I asked her out loud, "why are you not letting customers in, since its barely 8:30p?" Everyone turns around to look at me. She responded saying "its what the manager says, I cant do anything." The young man whispers at her and he asks if he should let them in, and she gives him the green light. This is NOT OKAY. The place is suppose to close at 9p, so doors should not be locked until at least 8:55p. Not 8:20, 8:30, 8:45 OR 8:50p! How long does it take to make a sub?? Neither should THE RESTROOMS be closed while there are customers inside! The resteooms are supposed to be open for customer use! Pls fix this issue, have a talk with your employees and if they dont like their job, they can go elsewhere. This is not high school, they CHOSE to apply and work there! Better train your young employees because the sweet older ladies do a wonderful job!
