I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke to me.
I placed an online order for pickup and arrived a few minutes early (around 2:25 PM for a 2:30 PM pickup). The store had no customers at the time, so I politely asked if they could check on my order. Instead of helping, she dismissively said she would check “when she has time,” even though she was just standing there.
When another staff member tried to start preparing my order, she stopped him and told him not to make it until exactly 2:30. That felt completely unnecessary, especially since I was already there waiting.
Even when she finally made the order, she was reluctant to add the ingredients I had requested and continued to be uncooperative.
Overall, very poor customer service and a frustrating experience. A little basic courtesy and professionalism would go a long way.
