  I ordered online this location 14891 Preston Road Suite 150 Dallas, TX, 75254 and I came to pick up they let me waiting for 20 minutes after that they told me wrong location but it wasn’t. My name was on the computer. Customer service is very badly. Never come back again.

  Very pleasant visit. Came from a bad experience (3 already) With the location in Trinity Mills and Marsh That worker named Alan eating while serving us and grabbing the bread with his hand while still eating (Cross contamination) Then proceeded to spray chemicals (assuming could be water but, water doesn't clean germs just saying) so chemicals sprayed on the veggies side. When asked for simple veggies he looked dumb founded and didn't said anything. Walked out. Came to this location On Preston As soon as me and my wife walked in. Felt a welcoming experience, Jorge was very helpful and a good people person. Whoever his manager is please let me know I'll personally will send him an email on how much this experience made it way better. Jorge saved subway from a good lawsuit on the Trinity Mills and Marsh I will be contacting the health inspector for that location. Someone has to with all the bad reviews they been having. Thank You Jorge again! Very pleasant visit!

  The place was closed a long time before it was supposed to be closed at 10. This is terrible customer service and I would hate to have to report this. Don’t hire workers or open in a new location if you can’t do the job. Some people just want to come get a sandwich for their loved one in the hospital knowing it might be their last meal. Some people maybe just wanted to get come a gooey soft subway cookie after a long rough day. And others walked to the destination just to find it was closed. F subway

  Came here at 10:30 and it says they close at midnight and 11:30 online. There’s a worker here. And the door is locked. What a waste of a drive to get to the only seemingly open location.

  Happy birthday Martha! We are new to the area and seeing you work on your birthday and in such a great mood and you have such a clean store and your ingredients were delicious today! What a wonderful employee to have made her birthday become my most favorite subway store experience ever! I'm so glad I moved here and you are my new store. Fantastic store and you made a customer for life. Happy birthday beautiful 🥰
