  Today, I called my Allstate agent Stanley Smith to cancel my renter's policy, and he answered the phone himself. Rather than taking 5 minutes to conduct the usual identity verification over the phone and to look up my account to assist me, he immediately instructed me to email him the info and tried to hang up on me. I expressed my concern that I was not getting the needed support, as I was locked out of my account and could not get the policy number. He played dumb and asked if I needed help finding his email address. When I reiterated my concerns, he made it clear he was not going to assist, so I hung up. Why are Allstate's agents getting so much more abrasive and less helpful than in years past? Glad I switched to Geico!

  I’ve been with Stanley for more than 20 yrs and he has helped me with everything from hail, to freeze, teenage drivers, and whatever else in between. Great service and response from him and his staff!!

  Stanley has carried our auto and home insurance for 6 years. He is kind, quick to respond. He has even called us after hours to check in or to answer any questions we have. We are truly grateful for his professionalism.
