  I've been with allstate for many years. I have a renter's policy. My bill is due on the last day of the month. Earlier this year I received written notification that if payment was 3 days late I would be charged a late fee. Understandable. My June payment was due on June 30 and was paid on July 2. Two days after the due date. On July 31st I called to make my payment only to find out I was charged a late fee for June? I was told Allstate had changed their policies and the system now automatically charges a late fee on the 2nd day after due date? My question is if I was notified in writing about the late fee on the 3rd day why was I not notified about the 2nd day as well? It's the principal of the matter. I am a long standing customer. I've never had an issue. Never had a claim. I love Nancy her customer service is the best. She never mentioned I would be charged a fee for making my payment on the 2nd. Can your company please be transparent about changes? Times are tight for everyone I don't need surprises. Thank you

  Allstate is the best insurance company I have ever worked with. They are professional and client friendly! Mr. Walker is also very easy to work with and extremely professional.
