  I felt very comfortable and in good hands. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or that all they wanted to do was get me off the phone. So easy to talk to. Thank you so much. Michael Blocker is very thorough and great to talk to.

  Dawn Brown was a huge help. I was shopping around to see if I could improve the cost of my coverage when Dawn called with a new Allstate program. The new program was such a savings for me that I had to take a day to do some research to see if there was any negative to it. When do things ever go down in cost? When I got back with her, she was so patient in answering all my questions. I am very pleased with my new coverage and having Dawn as a resource.

  Dawn Brown was very patient, listened, and addressed my many questions related to my Auto Insurance renewal. She guided me thru the new County Mutual Policy pros/cons which I chose over old policy due to lower prices. However, the change to not list the Discounts in the policy and be told that they were in there is disturbing, not listed, so how does a policy holder really know if they are included? Also, a new Quote should not show partial coverage for 2 vehicles and remainder coverage be combined under All Vehicles, very hard to decipher. Then, when you agree to Quote the Policy is sent without All Vehicles pricing which pricing is then shown for each car, as it should have been in the Quote. Allstate should aspire to KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid!
