He is incredibly friendly, professional, and, above all, very attentive to his clients' needs. He always takes the time to explain the available options and find the alternative that truly suits me best, in terms of both coverage and price. Something I really value is that I never feel like he is just trying to sell me something; on the contrary, he guides me and helps me make the best decision based on my needs.   I visited this Allstate Insurance Office without an appointment to review my Auto insurance policy. What a great service I received from Janett Puga. Janett was very professional, polite and easy to talk to. She answered my questions very clearly about the Auto insurance policy. Not only my AUTO insurance policy, but she also reviewed the HOME insurance policy.
