  I purchased a glass shower door through Wayfair, and FedEx handled the delivery. The box was extremely heavy and clearly labeled “Team Lift,” yet FedEx sent only one driver to carry a dangerously heavy and fragile item without a dolly, cart, or any proper equipment. Watching one person struggle with a box this heavy was shocking and completely unacceptable. This is not a simple mistake it is labor abuse, negligence, and a total disregard for the health and safety of their employees. Because of this irresponsible handling, the product arrived damaged, and now I am losing my entire day dealing with a problem that FedEx caused by ignoring basic safety protocols. FedEx must stop exploiting their drivers and provide them with the equipment, support, and minimum safety conditions required for heavy deliveries. No worker should ever be forced to carry a load like this alone. Not ever. What I witnessed was unsafe, inhumane, and completely avoidable. FedEx needs to correct these practices immediately.

  They should really change the details to say they close by 8pm. Went all the way 30 miles to reach at 9pm only to see they close at 8pm.

  Big shock a package that was supposed to take 2-3 days is going to be a week and a half wait since these people can't read where a package is going. If I wanted to wait 50 days for something, I would have walked there.

  Non updated hours on Apple Maps. Wasted my time coming here before the airport. Poor organization.
