  They're always friendly & helpful here. Just be aware the entrance is on the NW corner of Federal & Harwood. It's not next to 7-11 like Google maps says it is.

  EVERY time I've tried to use this location its locked w/ a sign on the door saying "be back in 45, out for lunch". Im convinced its not even a real shipping center at this point 😂 Dont waste you're time.

  I use this location for my small business. It's walking distance from the building I work in, so it's super convenient. I normally swing by after dropping my smaller packages off with USPS. I don't do anything complicated...all of my packages are prepacked and have a pre-paid label, so all I have to do is drop the package off for an acceptance scan. Very simple, but I've never had any issues with this location. All of my packages have been accepted and I haven't had any lost packages to my customers, which is the most important part. I'll continue to use this location.
