  Experience wasn't horrible, but it definitely could have been better. First young lady seemed to be overwhelmed and flustered with my packaging order. She moved extremely slow and made it known to me my order was stressing her out and she was getting off shortly. 15 mins past her clock out time the other young lady took over to relieve her and she was way more enthusiastic and organized with the process. I was there for over an hour to ship all of my items to 3 different locations. Im glad it was not busy or crowded in there at all at the time.

  This place runs hot and cold depending on the staff. Last week I had a pretty good experience this week. It was terrible. The two young women basically just sat and pointed at what I needed to do even when I was struggling with getting something into an envelope they just sat and watched. The receipt printed out in a format that made it impossible for me to read who the recipient was and they said that’s just the way it is. The facility up on Midway north of 635 always has outstanding service. I guess that’s where I’ll go from now on.

  I used this FedEx location to drop off WalMart returns for their partnership with FedEx. Each item had a QR code, but the lady working insisted that she only needed to scan one item per package. Thus only three of my eight QR codes were scanned. Now I have yet to receive confirmation of the return from WalMart and I spent 30 min chatting with their customer assistance. I need confirmation from FedEx’s end to close it out. Their employees should be familiar enough with the process if they are going to assist with and accept returns.
