  Leigh saved the day helping us ship things today! We came in with a ton of clothes to send to Colorado, and we had been told that the last shipment left at 5 when it really left at 3. We were a little panicked at first, but Leigh handled the situation so calmly with a positive, can-do attitude. She helped us pack up all our clothes into boxes in the most cost-effective way, happily running up cost estimates multiple times. We are so grateful for her help!!

  Way too complicated to load money on a FedEx Kinkos prepaid card for use at the self-serve copiers-printers. I asked the clerk if I could use a debit card to add money to the FedEx card. She said yes. Then later said they'd only accept cash to load the FedEx card. I reminded her that she said I could use a debit card and she contradicted and said, "No. I said that I was gonna see." At one point, she told me that I would have to pay $50 on the terminal mounted on the self-serve machine, for a print job that was expected to only cost $35 (and that the 'difference' would be refunded to me). I said, "I'm not doing that." She said, "Then you can just load $35 on the prepaid card." I said, "That's what I asked to do from the start." What in the world? Why would you guys make it this complicated?!?! And why are self-serve copies .71-cents a page?!?! I'm sure there are other printing service centers that are more affordable and way less confusing than this.

  Customer service here is AMAZING! They take time to get to know their regulars, help them however they can and go above and beyond every time. So so helpful.
