  I had an amazing experience working with Felix at FedEx! I came in with a complicated printing issue involving an AI-generated QR code for my small business menu that wasn’t functioning properly. Felix went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly what was causing the problem. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue in a way that was easy for me to understand. Rather than simply fixing the immediate problem, he broke everything down, helped find a solution, and gave me helpful recommendations to prevent similar issues with my future printing projects. As a small business owner, having someone take the time to genuinely understand the problem and help me find the right solution meant a lot. Felix turned what had been a frustrating situation into a positive and meaningful experience. His patience, knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. He is an excellent representation of great customer service, and I sincerely appreciate everything he did to help me!

  I had a truly special experience here. As an older person who struggles with technology, I needed help printing documents for a project, and Cristhian, the manager, treated me with such patience and kindness. He was always available and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I have never been treated this well before. His warmth and willingness to help meant more to me than I can express. I highly recommend this place because of him.

  I had such a great experience at FedEx thanks to Nikcole. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure everything was handled correctly, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude. Nicole made the entire process easy and stress free. Thank you for your outstanding help I truly appreciate it!!!!!

  Quite stop to print out work order at self service. Don't use counter to print a couple of pages they charge a $2.99 fee
