I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Dallas for the Hot Wheels Convention and had a very disappointing experience with the shipping service on Saturday, April 11, 2026. The posted Saturday hours clearly stated it would be open from 11 to 5. I went down from the 15th floor carrying a 25‑pound box, only to find a sign saying they would return at 4:30 — even though it was only 3:30, as shown in my photos.
I ended up waiting an entire hour with no explanation. When the employee finally arrived, I greeted her and she didn’t even respond. Her attitude was so unpleasant that it made me feel extremely uncomfortable, as if I were asking for a personal favor instead of using a hotel service. At that point I would have preferred to go somewhere else, but it was already too late.
To make matters worse, when my package arrived at its destination, it had been opened and items were missing. After all the effort, the wait, and the unprofessional treatment, receiving a tampered package was the final straw.
For a hotel of this category, I expected a much more organized, professional, and secure service. This experience left a very bad impression.
