Not a traditional FedEx location. Annoying to find in hotel and the hotel requires you pay a handling fee based on package wait. Customer service is fine.

Justin! Thank you! We had to ship some stuff with very specific instructions. Need to create a returning label, and Justin was able to figure that out for us without us having to jump through too many loops holes.

Justin was very helpful with getting a print job done quick and efficiently when I wasn’t able to do the self-service. He was very kind and patient.
