  3 stars because the staff was nice. I think it's ridiculous to charge a fee for a package that was left on the counter for about 3 minutes, picked up by staff, and hand it to me.

  Wow. You want to charge me to drop off my prepaid package because you are in a ritzy hotel. No thanks. I’ll wait a few days and go down town.

  Very slow and inconsiderate “service.” And, beware that if you have a tiny box delivered to the Hilton, they will take it to Fed Ex and you will be charged a $4 handling fee for them to hand you your package. Ridiculous.
