  Not a traditional FedEx location. Annoying to find in hotel and the hotel requires you pay a handling fee based on package wait. Customer service is fine.

  Justin! Thank you! We had to ship some stuff with very specific instructions. Need to create a returning label, and Justin was able to figure that out for us without us having to jump through too many loops holes.

  Friendly ish but charged $4 to pickup an Amazon package I had shipped to the hotel. So dumb! When every other hotel just keeps it at the front for me. Not cool at all.
