  I was one of the lost documents from July 6. Beyond thankful mgmt stepped up to find the MIA that were all trying to mail that day. And bonus thank u to the California office that went this isn't for us let's get it where it needs be. Examples of taking charge in making things right...Hip..Hip..Hooray plus thank u very much

  Great customer service but completely insane prices. I literally got charged $30 to send a 0.1 lb package 15 minutes up the street with the slowest shipping option. then got charge $26 for shipping a 0.1 lb letter 3 hours away with the slowest shipping. And I’m being told that these are the preset prices for my account. The only reason i paid the insane prices is because I’m extremely busy. But yeah FedEx just lost a customer for life due to that nonsense that they just pulled on me. Mind you, this package and envelop weight 1/10 lb. Imagine what the prices would’ve been if they weighted 1 lb. I would’ve paid $150+ per item. With such insanity you just gotta laugh at it and move along your way.

  An extremely rude lady in glasses at the front desk. They also don't know how to service the customer and understand there needs.
