Terrible customer service. Felt very unwelcome and the person “serving” was super rude and clearly didn’t want to serve me when I wanted to do an express shipping to Europe last Friday. Very disappointing experience.
I typically go to the FedEx location because it is easy just to do quick drop offs but today for the first time, I did a return that was a “no box. No label” return and not only did it take the manager, Angela, who has been working there since 2003 15+ minutes to figure out how to do it, for the entirety of the time she spoke to me like I was a five-year-old who was in trouble. Being very passive aggressive and unfriendly. She mixed up the items for return (despite one return having 2 items and the other only having one) and then lectured me on how I made a mistake. speaking to your customers in a condescending and rude tone is not at all helpful and frankly is reason enough to take my business elsewhere.
I go out of my way to use the team at this location. They're always responsive to my last minute emails for banners and larger jobs - and always come through. Aleysha and the team here are the best in DFW.

Northwest Hwy Location (Preston Center) - STELLAR service with the help of manager Angela. Worked to find the best packaging to protect what I was sending. SO impressed!
Angela provided excellent customer service, and I was in and out within 10 minutes.
