  Amazing staff! I needed some important documents printed quickly and they got it done super quick and easy. Everyone in there was so friendly and helpful, especially the branch manager (sorry, I forgot her name!). This is the only place I’ll go to print the things I need going forward.

  The store is orderly and clean. The service time good. The customer interaction with staff, lacking warmth and politeness. Some customer service training might be helpful. They didn’t even say thank you - but I did!

  I just had the most wonderful experience dropping off a return with a prepaid label. I was noticed, greeted, and immediately helped with the self service station. In and out in 30 seconds. Super helpful and kind.

  Terrible customer service. Felt very unwelcome and the person “serving” was super rude and clearly didn’t want to serve me when I wanted to do an express shipping to Europe last Friday. Very disappointing experience.
