I come here so often and have to ship out so much stuff for work and Keema is literally the sweetest nicest person there she’s always so helpful. She’s super quick and efficient and it’s just really rare nowadays that you find people that go out of their way to be kind in a retail setting and I just wanted to call out how incredible she is as someone myself who works in HR. I think it should be pointed out. I really hope FedEx takes care of her because she is representing the brand very well.

This is one of if not the most helpful FedEx ship centers I’ve ever been in! Everyone here is quick and courteous!

Stopped in to ask questions and it was such a pleasant experience. The entire staff was a breath of fresh air. In an age where customer service seems to be a lost art, this team today made me want to come back.

I visit this FedEx location several times each week to pick up packages, and I can't say enough good things about **Ben** and **Leticia**. Every single time I walk through the door, they greet me with a smile, know exactly who I am, and make me feel like a valued customer, not just another person in line. They consistently go above and beyond, and somehow they manage to make every visit quick, easy, and enjoyable. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness are exceptional. It's obvious they take pride in their work and truly care about providing outstanding customer service. In today's world, it's rare to find employees who create this kind of experience, and Ben and Leticia do it every single time. FedEx is fortunate to have them representing the company. They are a big part of why I continue to enjoy doing business at this location. Thank you, Ben and Leticia, for always making me feel special and for setting such a high standard for customer service!
