  Stopped in to ask questions and it was such a pleasant experience. The entire staff was a breath of fresh air. In an age where customer service seems to be a lost art, this team today made me want to come back.

  I visit this FedEx location several times each week to pick up packages, and I can't say enough good things about **Ben** and **Leticia**. Every single time I walk through the door, they greet me with a smile, know exactly who I am, and make me feel like a valued customer, not just another person in line. They consistently go above and beyond, and somehow they manage to make every visit quick, easy, and enjoyable. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness are exceptional. It's obvious they take pride in their work and truly care about providing outstanding customer service. In today's world, it's rare to find employees who create this kind of experience, and Ben and Leticia do it every single time. FedEx is fortunate to have them representing the company. They are a big part of why I continue to enjoy doing business at this location. Thank you, Ben and Leticia, for always making me feel special and for setting such a high standard for customer service!

  Went in to get a photo from London printed and Ben the sales associate was most helpful. He helped the sizing, cutting and choice of paper. Polite and very accommodating. Ben was the best.
