  I came in at 5 PM within an hour of the shop closing and I think they aren’t supposed to take new print orders at that time but they helped me out in a pinch and got my job done really quickly and I am so grateful!

  Carlis, Da'monte, and Nakita went above and beyond to help me get some last minute packages sent out and even stayed past close to make sure they were taken care of. They were extremely friendly and helpful the entire time!

  I just took a print job to this location. Marc at the store was able to do the print job in less than 30 mins. He was also super friendly. We need more customer service like that in this world and I will continue to go back because of him!

  You know you try to give people the benefit of the doubt...but when you are just NASTY ya gotta say something. Had to stop here for Amazon returns while waiting for my teenager to get off. NAKITA if that's his real name moved slowly from the back after making eye contact with me. Didn't think anything of it because who knows he could have some kind of problem that's makes him move slow. But then he opens his mouth and ask me can he help me like I am bothering him. Now I still ignore it & laugh it off but he CONTINUES to offer the worse customer service I have ever since. As if I dont get enough attitude from "others" but to receive this kind of service from a black man that I have never seen or said nothing to for him to have such a funk attitude....that's ridiculous. Sir I need you to grow up!!
