  I used this service to ship 2 large suitcases for a trip in June. It was shipped to Southampton from Dallas. They arrived in 3 business days, including a 1 day hold up at the US Customs facility in Cincinnati, at our hotel. They have special rates for luggage and the staff was very well versed in items not allowed for shipment. They went thru all contents of the luggage and it made for a great experience. If you need this type of service, I would highly recommend this company.

  The store clerk is knowledgeable but they waste my time, to ship costs me to spend over 1 hour waiting in the end the company boss rejected the tire inflation

  I ordered a couple of car parts to be delivered to my apartment and decided I would pay extra to have DHL ship them in a day rather than wait until the weekend. It was urgent, my car doesn’t run and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. The next day comes and i’m watching the tracker for the delivery driver as they go to the complete wrong place. I get a message saying that the address I provided was wrong/incomplete and that I would need to schedule it for another day. That same day Fedex delivered another package from the same store straight to my door. All the same information. I scheduled the delivery again for today and corrected the information to something more “accurate”. The tracking was disabled this time so I couldn’t see where the driver was and as I’m waiting for the package to arrive, I get another message saying it couldn’t be delivered. “Nobody was home to receive the package” Now I have to wait until MONDAY for them to try again. This was supposed to be a PREMIUM, EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHOD and now I have to wait until MONDAY. I am beyond furious. I had things to do this weekend. I tried calling DHL to see if they could get ahold of the driver and ask them to come back, but they said they couldn’t call them?? Long story short, I will never be using DHL again. Should have just used Fedex or UPS because I’ve never had this issue with any other shipper. Biggest waste of money and now my time.
