  Terrible and worse workers at this place , I had one of my numbers suspended due to a suspicious activity yesterday 2/25, I am the account holder and authorizer They allow a family member who doesn’t even know my pin to access my accounts and they went ahead and activated the number back and was able to remove the number from the family plan and to a different accounts without crickets calling for my consent. I am about to move my service from crickets. Does not right very unprofessional workers. Don’t you know guys can be sued for that. For 7 years been a customer is what you guys will do. I am done

  Good customer service . I was helped by Ana she made it a very fast process and she also helped me transfer all of my stuff from my old phone to my new phone .
