  So i went to that store i was surprised the deals i got 5free samsung phones also they gave us complimentary screen protectors.. highly recommended they are professional … lady was good and then guy came in i guess her manager may be he gave us little discount on activation fees. Everything was good.. i might swing by again for my internet air router. 😊

  I went to this store the 8th of February 2026 to activate a new line with a new number . paid 72.00 . Today feb14th not even a week of my line being activated I received a message that my phone number was being moved to another device . Not even 5 minutes my line got disconnected. I went to the cricket store , they were not able to access my account saying my pin that I have used for years same pin didn’t match. My security question same one for years wasn’t the same. This is strange because it’s been the same. They said my account wasn’t showing up. I contacted support n they were not able to help either because they couldn’t access my account. I have a friend that worked for the company she’s telling me they are the only ones that can know your pin. Keep in mind is the same pin I have used. so I have no line, not even a week that I paid for my service they did not give me. A new line. And to my conclusion my account was access without my concent , my information was changed , and now is as if I never had a line . no one was able to help. It’s not fair that paid for my service Andy information was access without my concent on nobody knows . They blame me for not knowing my pin. I’m not able to receive not even a one time message from them because it shows as if I never had a line . Pictures when I paid my line and the day it got HACKED . And nobody is able to help because no one knows what happen

  Me pareció bien lo malo es que cuando haces tú compra te dan un monto aproximado y luego cuando vas a cancelar es algo totalmente diferente y muy lejos de lo que te dijeron.

  I should really give this store no stars. The girls there are too busy gossiping. None of them know anything about what they are selling. It's the worst customer service I've experienced so far. Never going back again.
