  Well it's Christmas Eve and they said they would be open til 8 and here it is 7:56 cricket time standing at the shut down door closed 6 mins early so my phone will be shut off for Christmas bcz they decided to bail early and false advertise their hours of operation and I got stuck in all the traffic. Merry Christmas

  good customer service, there are some bad things to be said for some of the devices they sell, the large displayed nokia lumia is a 1320, not a 1520, which is a phone thaat falls apart over time. will cricket help you in anyway after selling you this $200 POS? no, they will just keep apologizing. this store got 2 stars instead of one because i get a reliable signal, and i like crickets business model. But we should let this location go out of business. this location has sold me 2 garbage phones, a ZTE, and a Lumia 1320. no battery life on the zte, and the lumias charger bracket only lasts about 4-6 months new from box. please divert your business to another location or online. Even shopping online you need to be careful which phone you buy. but there is less pressure without a clerk following you around, and you need to research these phones, because once you buy it, youre locked in, to a possibly defective device.
