I met Delilah with her co worker. I am trying to ask how the payment plan work for IPhone 18 pro. They are very very rude. I am thinking about changing my line to another career. They both don’t know what they are doing and they are upset when I asked the question to them. They both look each other and launch at me. It is very hard to deal with this kind of sales people. The cricket need to review their attitude toward the customer.

Esmeralda is awesome! This the second time she has helped me with upgrading my phones and each time the service has been above and beyond. If you want good service, this is definitely the location to come to. I stay way in Dallas in the Medical District and this is the only location I choose to come to. I have made this Cricket location my go to because of her excellent service. I've been to many locations and this is hands down one of the best. Thanks Esmeralda!!
