  Terrible Customer Service. Jorge is rude, extremely unprofessional, and wants to just transfer you to the 800# customer service rather than try and help you and answer your questions. Totally disrespectful. Refused to give the store manager's name because he said it was private information. Are you serious? Hung up on me and would not pick up after repeated dials. I called private and they picked up immediately. What an unprofessional excuse for customer service. Understand what customer and what service mean; they are not just two random words. Jorge stated that he did not hang up on me but that the phone system automatically disconnects the call after 5 minutes! Another lie!!!! Really? If we were setting up an account, would the phone also cut off after 5 minutes? Do I have to keep calling again to finish the transaction??????? Jorge is deceitful, disrespectful, unprofessional, and plain rude and offensive. Cricket should review this store's practice.
