  My experience is I didn’t have the best rate.. had bundled coverage and they only had it set for auto pay for one.. I switched insurance companies, I told them, and I was still sent to collections months later. It’s resolved with collections having showed them proof of coverage, and I was sent back an over payment.. today they called soliciting, I do not want any coverage from this branch of all state, please take me off the call list.

  I bought a new car and had to add it my account and drop coverage for my old car. Paige Opal did an excellent job of getting me an estimate at a low price in two quick emails. Then Paige set up the new car and dropped the old car in a single phone call. Possibly the easiest experience I have had with an insurance company.
