  To begin with the front desk completely oblivious to his job. Finally got assistance when he was good and ready. Didn't think much of it grabbed my stuff went to my room to settle in room smelled like something had been sitting in their for a while. Didn't think much of it figured it's the age of the place settled in. After a while I decided to look to taking a shower went in the bathroom and guess what MOLD under the sink and soap Cady on the wall. Proceeded to the front counter where I asked if I could be relocated to another room. Front desk Proceeded to inform me how it was my fault for not letting them know earlier they canceled my stay completely told me to go find another hotel

  Dirty, dusty, and rusty Best Western needs to be updated. The key card reader for the entrance didn't work. The hallways smelled clean, but the room had a rusty lamp, dusty furniture, and rusty appliances. Outlets in the room didn't work. There were no extra blankets or laundry bags. I won't go back. Unfortunately, I only took one picture, but room 217 needs to be updated.

  This is a family-owned, family-operated franchise and they work to earn your business. You can spend more, but I've stayed here twice on trips back home to see family and I'll stay here again. This is not a tourist-y place, more the kind of place where out-of-town construction workers might stay, or salespeople maybe. The kind of people who, like me, want to wash up, get a good night's sleep, have a fast, free breakfast the next day and go on about their business.
