  It's weird to say that I'm excited when my vehicle needs work or supplies but it's true; it means I get to go to Advance Auto Parts. I always try to go when Adrian is working because he's incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond. He walks me through all of the options and is so patient in teaching me the ins and outs while answering my incessant questions. Most recently, I needed a new battery and he spent quite some time in the Dallas heat and humidity to make sure it was changed out correctly (despite some stubborn aftermarket terminal connectors). I also want to give a shout-out to Sharon, the General Manager. She was kind, helpful, and transparent. I'm not "looking forward" to my next truck repair but I will be glad to have an excuse to get back to Advance Auto!

  This location is really professional and Angel who also works in commercial accounts with auto repair accounts is really resourceful and reliable You can count on your parts being correct and what you need and out the door quick Make sure you see or ask for Angel when you need auto parts fast and the correct parts and solutions without fail

  My battery died last night and luckily I got a charge and made it to this location right before closing and despite it being late one of the workers helped me install the battery and even had a good sense of humor and made it a calm cool and collected experience. I highly recommend using them after that.

  Website said two different locations had 6x9 speakers in stock at store. Drove to both locations and not in stock. Ordered from rock auto shop instead.
