  I like wings when prepare and cooked correctly. Wingstop locations are better in other locations. I live near this one. That's why I continue to try and get the same food here. 7June26 my takeout order was ready and I was selecting my soda. All the labels came up empty. So, the folks started worked on the machine and said it was having problems. We went into the soda machine program and found the soda's where mostly 50% full. One item stated it was in the wrong slot. After finishing this process the drink I wanted came out with dried chucks of soda. That's not something you want to see. Now, I took my wings home and found they needed to be cooked more and where more raw in different spots on the wing. Lastly, the fries are good however the fries had so much salt on them you can't eat them. I can say after this time at this location; it's not worth my time in the future. There are plenty of places that cook the food fully and keep there drink machine working. The folks there know what's wrong with this machine but it's the only one they have. It could be fixed but they only read the info. per the program settings and don't spend the time to see if it's clogged up or working fully. I am sure at some point these machines need to be cleaned with all that soda and sugar in those lines. Sorry, to say nice and friendly service goes so far. It takes all three: food and drinks come first along with service with a smile. Bye-bye! Heading over to Whataburger for all three. If they make a mistake; they fix it.

  Very unorganized the whole time. Averaged a meal every 8 minutes maybe. I walked in with 5 people working and 7 people waiting around for orders and half the workers seemed lost. Waited 25 minutes past pickup ready time is not a good business….

  I ordered a 3 piece tender and I only got 2 tenders after waiting 40 mins! They are not attentive at all.

  Visited this location 5/13 around 4:45 pm for the first time as the one near us (2920) shut down. It had been a little while since we had wingstop & it was a pleasant experience all around. We were warmly greeted upon entering which is big to us because first impression is everything! At the time we were there, there were only 2 women working and they were KILLING it! Orders were being filled fast. The food was AMAZING. Plenty of sauce on the wings, fresh, hot. The ranch was a great consistency. We genuinely had a great experience with nothing negative to say.
