Typically service is okay, however today they forgot my fries. I only received 2 containers with wings in each. No big deal, I will just go back and get the fries. The ladies at the front asked me three times if I was sure I didnt get any fries. I know what fries look like and that interaction was insane. Fix your customer service.
And to top it off, there was minimal chicken in my wings. Just hard crunchy pieces of food. Most disappointing experience I have had at a Wing Stop. I will be contacting your corporate office.

Very horrible service ordered through the website for this location and paid for delivery and they forgot our large fry. I knew it was something because the order came too fast. I contacted the locating and was advised to come pick up my fries. I told them no because I paid for the convenience and also tipped to have all of my food delivered. The guy told me he can only refund the large French fry that’s all. I pushed further because I feel that was not enough. It was not my fault that the staff was not paying attention and probably goofing off playing around and forgot my large fry for me and my daughter’s meal. I spoke to manager Louis who also gave a 10% discount on my next visit. It’s still not enough because I had to pull teeth for that. It’s sad because my baby girl will not have her fries to eat.

Best WingStop I have been to… I live three blocks away from the one on Grant @ Spring Cypress but that one has left me with a bad experience for the last 6 times I was there, from the service to the food just NO!!!
This place gets an A on every aspect, I very much rather drive the extra miles for the great food, service, and experience…

I put my order in via the app at 8:07 pm, my order was ready at 8:15 pm. I thought this was made to order? Chicken and fries were cold.
I decided to dine at the restaurant, went to the restroom and it was filthy.
Front desk person sagging hard around the food, which seems very unsanitary.
