  i’ve never been to wingstop and let me tell you it was worst experience ever. i have a 30 minute lunch break they took the full 30 minutes to get me a 6pc wing meal and they were serving people who came in after me for dine in. and then when my food was ready it had been sitting out the whole time because she was handing people their pick up orders and taking phone calls. i’m neverrrr going back shouldn’t have even tried something new. 0/10 food is mid too

  I want to personally recognize Arthur for providing exceptional customer service. I called in very upset about a situation, and Arthur handled everything with patience, professionalism, and respect. He was able to calm me down, listen to my concerns, and genuinely rectify the situation. What impressed me even more was that on a later visit, Arthur still made sure everything was taken care of and that I was satisfied. He didn’t just brush the issue aside he followed through, and that meant a lot to me. This is what customer service is supposed to look like. Arthur showed professionalism at its best, and I truly appreciate the way he handled me and the entire situation. Wingstop is fortunate to have someone like him representing their business.

  This is for real the worst ws. Service is trash and they ALWAYS hand you a bag that’s drenched in oil on the bottom and rips

  Food great! Called ahead bc this location gets busy and they make everything fresh. Drink station is not the million choice machine only has like 1 or 2 diet drinks which was disappointing but I get it, I’m sure those break a lot and are expensive. Will be back
