  Stopped in for Dinner 8/27/26 Greeted right away , by staff our order was fast,fresh & Hot . Especially the fries they were perfectly seasoned!!! Restaurant was clean and their music playlist is 👍👍. Will definitely be back 😁

  Ordered door dash. Thought was coming from the location near HEB on Grant/Spring Cypress. So now this experience is making a lot of sense... Absolutely know & understand what wings are supposed to taste and look like. Wingstop (not this location) has always been dependable. Not the BEST wings but definitely not bad. Every bit of the food we ordered tonight was HORRIBLE and over $50 in food was trashed. 10 count traditional wings-- medium hot and lemon pepper (5 and 5) -- freakishly large wings that were super fatty and had the most disgusting RUBBERY SKIN that was unable to be chewed (!!!!!). Totally felt like these weird wings had been re-heated. I ordered them "extra done" so skin would be crispy and thin...no way. Rubber-town. Not edible. Louisiana Voodoo Fries-- super soggy and OREGANO was sprinkled all over the top -- super gross. Not edible. Fried Cajun Corn -- chose no Cajun but instead fry seasoning and it was SO over seasoned and didn't feel fried at all (probably re-heated). Not edible. Small veggie (celery & carrots) -- FOR SURE had been frozen and then thawed -- NOT EDIBLE. Did not get the comp small ranch, only the large ranch i ordered, and sadly, this ranch was indeed the only thing that was edible.

  I am so extremely pleased with the new night crew. Mario, Sydney, Mike, Q and Dylan are an amazing team! They work hard and are always positive! I have yet to have a bad experience when the dream team is working!

  Mario Ruiz needs to be retrained in phone etiquette and managerial skills. Placed an order; it was incorrect, and he told me he couldn’t deal with it because he was the only one who knew how to fry the chicken. It’s obvious he was overwhelmed or maybe overworked but he needs a sit-down with HR and the store owner to go over the expectations of the management team of WING STOP. I completed the survey in the store and failed to check my order and now I'm here upset 😔 . His attitude and disregard are the only reasons I'm here.
