My friend and I went into Wingstop because we were craving some wings. We walked in and started to order, and the lady taking our order was rude.
First of all, my food was more expensive than the app said it would be if I ordered online. Second, the lady had a rude tone with both me and my friend. I didn’t understand what she was saying, and she kind of yelled at me. As we were waiting for our food, she kept looking around with an attitude, and it made the environment feel very uncomfortable.
After we got our food, we left, and I immediately called to speak with a manager. She answered the phone and said something along the lines of how can I help you. I said can i speak to a manager and was hung up on right away. That is not how customers should be treated—it’s extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
After being hung up on, I called again and asked for a manager. She said, “I am the manager.” I explained that the lady at the front wearing the short sleeves had been disrespectful, and she immediately started yelling at me, asking, “How was I disrespectful?” She then claimed that my friend and I were laughing at her. We were not laughing at her.
If you are going to work in a field where you deal with customers, you should never make assumptions. When she started yelling, I hung up the phone because no customer should ever be spoken to that way.
If it is true that she was the manager, then she should be fired. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Town Lake location. Oder was taken at 9:36 pm on Saturday, May 30.
I approached the counter, ordered only a drink and regular fries. After 20 minutes I see orders put in after mine given out and they had wings and more food. I walk up to ask about my order and after a minute give me my fries. But they forget to put ketchup or ranch or anything else. If you want your food fast and have everything don't come here

Crazy to call a wing place and be told you can’t order more than 24 wings over the phone.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. The wings had a strange smell right after opening the box, which immediately threw me off. I still tried a couple of bites just to be sure, but the taste matched the smell.. it just didn’t seem fresh at all.
I ended up throwing the rest away, which is honestly frustrating considering the price. This isn’t my first time having Wingstop, and I know how it’s supposed to taste. The location off Fry Rd has been much better in my experience, so I’m not sure what’s going on here.
On top of that, the overall service and attention to quality didn’t feel great either. When food smells off, it raises concerns about how it’s being handled or prepared.
I really hope management takes this seriously because consistency is important, especially for a well-known brand.
The spanish guy at the register tonight is absolutely amazing, great customer service, and the food comes out fast. That guy deserves a raise
