  Was literally just here. The manager is unprofessional and the trainee isn't being trained properly by that manager. This isn't a hard job. I've done it. They can't cut the sandwiches right, they don't know how to do their portions per corporate instructions, and they wanna argue to each other in front of customers. Behave and do better.

  This lady so rudee, i would say so bad in customer service. I been waiting for 30’ and she only do the online order and I asked when can I order she said do you see I’m busy right now ? Fire her please !!!!

  I have a lot of respect for people who work fast food especially at night but i draw the line when an employee is disrespectful. Mind you this is a 24h subway,I know the employees must be tired but if it’s 24hrs ,expect there to be customers most of that time. I come in for a late night sub and the employee has a huge attitude. slamming doors,tossing,not just putting food in its respective place,also interrupting you mid sentence. Good food but definitely won’t be coming here for a while due to the customer service.

  Set a mobile order outside the store. Pick up time was 9 pm went into the store at 857 and my order wasnt ready. They didnt start to fix everything until I got there. The store was empty. There were 2 employees one was telling the other what to do.
