Should be 1 start but giving 2 because the girl helping me actually did her job and was pleasant. Terrible customer service experience at this location today, mainly due to the “senior” sandwich maker lady attempting to train the new younger staff. The young lady was doing her best until Abuelita had to butt in and try to take over what she thought I wanted in my order. Have NEVER had an issue putting the items I’ve asked for on MY sandwich, regardless if it costs more money or not. This woman tried to tell me what I could and couldn’t have when I’ve had the same sandwich made 1000x before. And was very combative with the customer. ZERO respect and attention to customer’s needs. Subway, your “senior” training staff requires a little remedial trainer training in customer service. Please and thank you!

This is the second time trying this place after people told me several times to not come here. Both times I’ve gotten stomach bugs. I would not recommend coming here.

Unprofessional, inconsistent, and disrespectful to Dashers
I’ve given this location three chances, and every time the "rules" change just to make the pickup more difficult.
Visit 1: I stood at the designated DoorDash pickup sign. Staff rudely told me I wouldn’t be helped unless I stood in the regular cashier line.
Visit 2: I stood in line as told, but was informed they don't even start making the DoorDash orders until the driver arrives and waits behind every walk-in customer.
Visit 3 (The Last Straw): Around 1230pm I waited in a long lunch line. While I was second in line to be served, another Dasher walked in. The staff ignored me, handed that Dasher their order immediately (no line, no signature required), and then went back to straightening up the station before acknowledging me.
When they finally spoke to me, they demanded I sign a tracking sheet—something they didn't make the previous driver do. When I questioned the inconsistency and pointed out the order was already 20 minutes late because of their delays, the cashier refused to hand over the food unless I signed.
The staff here is power-tripping and has zero respect for delivery drivers' time. Avoid this location if you are a Dasher, and if you're a customer, know your food will likely be late because the staff prioritizes games over efficiency.

Very disappointing experience at Subway. I visited with my two daughters, one of whom has autism, and the employee’s behavior was extremely rude and impatient.
Even though we were the only customers in the store, she kept rushing us and speaking in a harsh tone while we were trying to decide our order. Instead of being understanding, she misbehaved and made the whole situation stressful—especially for a child with special needs.
Customer service should be respectful and accommodating, but this was the complete opposite. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to their staff.
The new set of employees are better than the last set.
