  I have bundled my home and auto insurance with this agency for a few years now and have always had a pleasant experience. My agent, Issabell, is very helpful and quickly gets me what I need. She also works with me to ensure I have the coverage I need and everything is transparent. Would definitely recommend to others for their insurance needs.

  There are not enough words I can say about Erica. Her level of professionalism is Outstanding. I have been working with her a couple of months. She never rushed me and was always patient. She didn’t try to sell me but she actually listened to my needs and wants and helped me achieve that. I am forever grateful to meeting her and now saving money! Please keep Erica All State!!! She is the best!!

  When I receive my renewal notice from my prior insurance company. I was shocked at how much my premiums had increased even though I had zero claims. I started shopping around and got quotes from all the major insurance companies including Farmers, State farm, AAA, Liberty mutual, USAA, Geico, and Progressive. Allstate had the lowest rates of any of them. More importantly, the agent I worked with, Darren Faught, was outstanding. He's very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and has the patience of Jobe. I must have thrown at least a dozen different scenarios at him. No run-around, no insurance double talk, just answers, direct, simple and always courteous. Honestly, as many different proposals as I requested, I truly thought that Darren would, at some point, get frustrated with me and lose his patience. But he never did. The last time I tried to contact my previous insurance company I was on hold for 45 minutes. Whenever I reach out to Darren, he either answers my call or returns my call within minutes. I would highly recommend the Shannon Geno agency, and Darren in particular.

  Had a great, professional and productive conversation and policy sale through Mrs Erica Angel, she save me a lot of money and put a lot of legwork into my policies, and had my back the whole time, felt great about the switch over and hope to stick around a long time.   I recently switched my home and vehicle insurance to Shannon Geno: Allstate Insurance. I was previously with a company that was increasing my home insurance each year so much that my mortgage went up. After realizing this situation I made my decision to switch companies. I reached out to Allstate and Darren my sales associate was honest with me up front and he found the plan that I was able to choose and agree to and now I am paying less than half the amount that I was previously paying annually. He did not try to persuade me or use any shady tactics. I am happy with the decision to switch and I recommend anyone thinking about switching insurance ti check them out.
