  Jennifer was amazing! Thorough, patient, and considerate of my needs. She walked through the process with me and explained my coverages in layman’s terms for MD to understand. She was able to get me an amazing rate and I switched over from USAA which was easy too expensive. Thank you Jennifer for all your help

  Changing over from a previous insurance company to Allstate working with Dawn was not only easy buy also saved tons of money!! She’s the best gave me the best pricing ask me questions to get me the best pricing just the greatest from the beginning to the end I needed documentation because I was refinancing the house they had it to me within minutes greatest insurance company I’ve ever worked with and I’m 72 years old thank you again guys.   We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Rachel Craig at Allstate! From the very first conversation, she was responsive, thorough, and genuinely invested in getting us the right coverage rather than just a quick sale. We came to her wanting to compare our home and auto coverage against what we already had, and she patiently worked through every detail with us — adjusting quotes, explaining exactly what each coverage meant, and answering every follow-up question (and we had a lot!) with patience and clarity. What really stood out was her responsiveness and honesty. She never made us feel rushed or like just another policy number, and she went above and beyond to make sure our coverage actually matched our needs, down to the fine print. Switching insurance carriers can feel overwhelming, but Rachel made the whole process smooth, transparent, and honestly kind of enjoyable.
