  Received the worst possible customer service as a guy trying to shop at a predominantly women store for a gift. Absolutely ignored me even after standing in front of the workers. The cashier was the worse. Couldn’t have ignored me and had me waited so long standing on line so we could proceed and I could get out. I had several questions regarding purchase, but couldn’t proceed bc she just ignored me and did anything else but come to the counter. Yari Cabrera the manager instead of being reasonable and helping me get out of the store with my purchase decided to disregard the situation but still was in the clouds bc when I walked out the alarm rang. She totally forgot to take the sensor out and then she even failed to give me the gift receipt even after requesting it. Just prolonging the entire thing. If I were corporate I would definitely not have the cashier or that supervisor Yari working for the in the stores. But honestly the cashier was the worse.

  I love this place! Its always so busy but the staff are super kind and helpful. Great selection and prices!
