  This location needs to be closed down or need new staffing. I asked Jonathan about my return and he took a deep breath with an attitude and gave me a one word sentence like he was a toddler. He had an attitude. Every time I come he does. If not with me, with other customers. He needs to be retrained or he needs to take a miss rachel course on how to be energetic or stay at home. I understand everybody needs a job but the way he has all these negative reviews and still have a job is crazy.

  Jonathon is so rude and doesn’t speak. He always have an attitude every time I go, which is why I normally don’t come to this location. I normally would rather drive 20+ minutes to a Frisco location but I had to settle for this one. This store needs to fire people that treats customers like they are the problem. If you hate your job, go find another one. It’s not the customers fault that you’re miserable !!!!

  Whoever that white guy is that looks like he’s a brunette that has a buzz cut is so rude. He is aggressive and doesn’t speak. He doesn’t talk in complete sentences when you ask a question. He seems like he’s always aggravated. I don’t like him at all. He normally works with the store manager Rebecca and she seems enabling. If your worker doesn’t acknowledge the customers and is angry about working at ups. Encourage them to go back to school or do what they love instead of pissing off customers

  Smells like sewage. Not sure how the employees works in these conditions… wish I could share smell-o-vision
