  My partner and I placed an online order while shopping at the nearby Walmart so it’d be ready by the time we got there. Unfortunately there was only ONE worker which is absolutely ridiculous for it being dinner time on a deal day. As someone that has worked in fast food in the past, specifically subway, I can confidently say that this is a reflection of the management. The man that was working was obviously overwhelmed but he did a good job for what it’s worth but we did not get our 2 sandwiches until a hour after the order was placed… now we have melted ice cream and other frozen foods thawed out in our vehicle.

  I love the new manger an it's the nicest thing is that the lady from Pizza hut stops in to check on the workers an when busy she just jumps ack there an gets customer's taking care of quickly

  I absolutely love the manger this store has now she makes sure that the store stay clean an that her employees all have customer service having her as store manager is the best thing that could happen to this location

  I wish I could give this location a negative rating. Location sucks. The store was robbed one night while my mother was in here, because management thinks it’s logical to schedule one young lady, to work there at night alone. I just got off work from working 13 hours, and came straight here cause it’s the only subway in Crosby. Literally stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come out and address me. I yelled “hellooooooo” a bunch of times and tried to be patient. Pretty sure there’s only one person here again, so God knows what they’re up to while I’m sitting in the parking lot typing this and starving. You have any idea how bad you have to piss a customer off for them to sit in the parking lot hungry letting everyone know not to come here, instead of me going going to get food elsewhere? I can’t even answer the questions below that ask if it was dine in or takeout, and what I got to eat lmao this location is pathetic

  Staff is friendly and very polite. Store is clean and fast service. Good job guys
