  Negative 5 stars. This place charges $2 for THEIR return label (for which they are being compensated) to be printed. Terrible practice and terrible customer service. Go to Fed Ex Office up the street if at all possible.

  My label did not print all the way on my box and I did not notice. Asha (probably not to correct spelling) a young man working in this store assisted me. He actually took the time with me to print a new one out. Im so appreciative of his assistance. He was kind and considerate and patient. A rarity today.

  Just talk to employee Sheela on the phone one of the rudest employee with no customer service. Coudnt even answer basic questions on the phone and sound aggravated and aggressive.

  I wish the Staff do a better job. Been to this location recently for Amazon returns. They hardly have time to talk to me, but talking among themselves. The guy who was scanning my items was so impatient that he was eager to print the receipt, even after seeing I have more to return. Plus, he said "oh u still have more?", which was pretty sarcastic. You guys have some young ppl to work, but I wish they were patient and courteous. I will go to different location.
