Hello, I came into the store tonight, Friday, April 24th, and had placed a mobile order. Unfortunately, I did not select to have the order toasted. That’s my fault, but Gregory had asked me if I wanted it toasted because it wasn't selected on the mobile order. I asked if he could, and he said he would have to remake the whole order. I didn’t want to inconvenience him by making a whole new sandwich, so I just asked if he could toast what was there. He then proceeded to do so but seemed very unpleased. Then, when handing me my order, he repackaged it in a matter of frustration and told me to have a good night with a petty attitude and walked away quickly. I then walked out and back inside to ask for his name and when the manager would be back. He told me Monday, and I hope to reach out to the manager by Monday. But just note, if you plan on ordering or going here, make sure you make no mistakes so that the workers don’t take their closing shift anger out on you! I thank Gregory for toasting my sandwich, but if I knew it was going to cause him that much frustration, I would have just accepted it the way it was to avoid an unpleasant encounter!
