  Came into the store and met a nice young man Darius! He was so kind and attentive and made me a wonderful sandwich! As someone who used to work at Subway I am very impressed by this location and its customer service!

  Absolutely disrespectful. When my husband and I walked in the employee saw us and walked to the back. My husband proceeding to tell her we have been waiting and she ignores us. I’ll take my business elsewhere. This is poor customer service

  The staff is not friendly at all & it is not a clean restaurant. The employee closed the store an hour early , then she is lying about it stating it was her manager orders then sfe is over charging the orders then she is arguing about what they have or not , then she refused to print the receipt to hide her theft then she is supported by her manager who could not even refund the money and hang up , a manager supporting an employee Over charging & lying not to serve people at a restaurant may as well be a fraud , is there no owner to this horrible franchise ??????? She even ruined the sandwich by spilling all the mustard they have on them & yet the manager refused to refund the money stating that I have to drive an hour to get my money. Scammmmmm.

  Came in late night only had one worker Orlando great employee very kind and friendly made my experience amazing couldn’t imagine a better store environment without him, store was clean, food was amazing, service was even better

  We had a wonderful experience at Subway thanks to Nevaeh. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming to our entire family. My son was crying quite a bit, and Nevaeh noticed and gave him a complimentary chocolate chip cookie. It immediately made him much happier and truly made our day. This kind of thoughtful, personal service is missing at many large chains, and Subway is very lucky to have someone like Nevaeh who genuinely cares about customers and makes a difference. She also made our sandwiches generously, with plenty of toppings, and everything tasted great. Thank you, Nevaeh, for your smile, your kindness, and your generous heart. You helped turn a difficult moment into a great family lunch.
