  Ordered delivery, they missed something in the order. When I called to talk to them about it, they told me I could come up there to pick it up. I ordered delivery in the first place because I couldn't leave the house right now. I never order delivery because I am not that lazy and can drive somewhere to pick up food. But this response left me speechless. I'll be calling corporate over this. 0 stars

  This location has the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with at any restaurant in the Conroe or The Woodlands area. I am genuinely astounded that someone with such poor people skills is in a management position. I decided to never come here again, and for good reason.

  Tenders were extremely dry. Hot honey rub was extremely wet had my bag soaking. Not a great experience.

  I ordered 6 piece combo my chicken tasted liked it was boiled not fried. Tasted like rubbery boiled chicken.

  The guy in the picture saved me money on my order by adding things in to make it a combo. Had the best attitude of anybody at any resturaunt I've been to in years. Wish i lived around here so i could keep coming back.
