  Placed a order with Ricky the manager! Best customer Service Ever! He’s amazing great personality & Rock star smile. You can tell he 🖤 his job because it definitely shows.   * Update * I did contact the info below as suggested, never heard a thing back at all. Glad to know you truly care. What a joke. Screw your awful food and company. Can get better wings from Outback, Buffalo Wild Wings, many other places. Which is good as I will never spend a dime with your worthless company ever again. Fire your staff, close this awful location Ordered delivery, they missed something in the order. When I called to talk to them about it, they told me I could come up there to pick it up. I ordered delivery in the first place because I couldn't leave the house right now. I never order delivery because I am not that lazy and can drive somewhere to pick up food. But this response left me speechless. I'll be calling corporate over this. 0 stars

  This location has the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with at any restaurant in the Conroe or The Woodlands area. I am genuinely astounded that someone with such poor people skills is in a management position. I decided to never come here again, and for good reason.

  Tenders were extremely dry. Hot honey rub was extremely wet had my bag soaking. Not a great experience.
