  I want to share how extremely disappointed I am with the lack of professionalism with this location. My husband brought in a Dyson vacuum that had been delivered to us by mistake along with a printed shipping label to return to Dyson. There were two very small strips of clear tape that we had to remove in order to open the box. This was only done in order to provide Dyson a serial number on the product that was being shipped back. Removing the tape did not interfere with the box being 100% properly closed, but was placed as an extra precaution. The gentleman accepting the box told my husband that he needed to tape the box up next time and tape the label on it before bringing it in to ship —but as a courtesy, he would tape it at no charge. The issue was not about the tape or the possible charge (that we would have gladly paid). The issue was about the tone and rudeness shown. We understand that this is a place of business. If this is your policy, we understand. However, I refuse to do business with someone who lacks professional conversation during interactions. Body language, tone, etc are all important when conducting business. There needs to be some quality improvement on customer service or you will end up losing more customers. Please do better.

  This place is HORRENDOUS. Their ill trained notary vocalized his personal opinion on forms we were having notarized whilst the store was full. The owner Mr. Patel called my husband and fobbed us off explicitly admitting his staff have no training. Corporate were helpful but advised all we can do is pursue leave action against the store. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Diabolical!
