  I don’t really give bad reviews, but I wish there was a way to give negative stars. Since Covid, work ethics is in the gutter, customer service, hospitality, and everything that falls in this category sucks nowadays. You would think if you give a person an address to reference that they’d double and triple check it. If ship from here, be sure and double check their work, because if they screw up, you lose your money… When you come to work, leave your personal issues at home. When I walked in, one girl crying and the other comforting her, I’m sympathetic to certain situations, but I can’t figure out why over 10 days later my lawyer still hasn’t received an important parcel I sent so long ago….

  I've always had good experiences here. Polite employees and quick service with good communication about when packages are expected to be delivered, etc.

  Charging someone almost 4 dollars for 7 pages of black and white copies is absurd!

  This place does everything. I get blueprints copied here often. Reasonable pricing and generally no waiting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the customers can be difficult, but from my observations it's not the staff fault that the customer doesn't know about what they can and can't ship or how the recipient will accept returns and such. Amazon, for example, has different rules for different kinds of returns. This place handles bad situations carefully and gracefully. They can only do what they are allowed to do, anything else would get your package lost or rejected by the recipient. These people are great at helping you navigate the complicated process from most online retailers like Amazon and eBay. They don't lie and aren't being difficult. They are more than willing to help. Don't take your frustrations out on them, they are seriously trying to help.
