  I rarely post reviews, but this young man Kjell, really impressed me with his amazing customer service. I rushed from work to catch the store open to do an Amazon return and I arrived at about 10 minutes to closing, then I had issues recovering the QR code from my Amazon app. Kjell, was very kind and helpful and during the process. And two other women came in to do their returns while I was still struggling retrieving my QR code and one of the ladies also had an issue recovering her QR code. He remained patient with them and with me. So I had to make time to give him a positive review and five stars. Thank you Kjell!

  Last December I needed to have a document notarized for court. Yesterday I went to the courthouse and we noticed that the notary only put 12/02/2020 as the date, without the full year 2025. Here I go

  I honestly don't understand why this store has understand 4 stars!!!??? Yall crazy! Lemme recommend you to the BEST UPS store EVER! YOU WANT TO GO HERE. I AM NOT impressed with Conroe postal service as a local but UPS I KNOW will get my packages sent to family wrapped well, delivered and the employees are just wonderful folks. I grew up on the east coast with a trusted local UPS store and so it is fantastic to find a store with equal caliber of warmth, understanding and teamwork recommendations on printing too for some of my crazy art projects. I intend to keep my business with this location. We'll done all of you. Keep up thr great work!
