  I just went to this UPS store about an hour ago to mail something to my best friend and the young lady working the front was not the friendiest I’ve ever met, no smile no how are you? Nothing, she just seemed like she Very bland. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and you always always wanna make the customer feel like they want to come back to your establishment. She did not give me that feeling at all. It’s like she could care less, but I will say the man that was working was very friendly, very personable. Very nice gentleman. This was on Thursday afternoon, July 23 between 4pm-5pm She did not have a name tag on. Not trying to get her in trouble she just needs to learn customer service and be friendly to the customers.

  Went to drop packages off, store and shopping center have a power outage so they are temporarily closed. Staff is always very friendly and helpful! Don’t know why people put bad reviews when the staff can’t control an outage.

  Do not trust that this place will be open, they regularly close early and often are just not open during their posted hours. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, they act like they are doing you a favor taking your business. Today they posted a sign that hey we're closed due to a power outage with all their lights on and every other business in the strip was open and busy. Y'all need to hire some decent staff members.
