Dont order online. They have gotten multiple of my orders incorrect. My reciept says everything that I had added to my order but the sub is always missing something. It never gets toasted even when it specifically said I wanted to have my sub toasted as well. This location used to be a great location but now it is going in the wrong direction.

Lástima que no puedo poner menos de una estrella , pero espere más de 15 minutos para ser atendido , ya que el personal solo están en el teléfono llamando por teléfono , la primera y última vez en este lugar

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. The person in charge is never around, and it shows—there’s clearly no supervision or standards being enforced.
Today was completely unacceptable. The employee working was visibly sick, coughing constantly around the food and not wearing any kind of face mask. That’s a serious health risk and completely unprofessional.
If management can’t even ensure basic hygiene and oversight, they shouldn’t be serving food to the public. I will not be coming back.

Unfortunately, this location has been consistently disappointing. Each time I walk in, the attendant—regardless of who it is—has been sitting in the back, and I’ve had to firmly call out just to get someone’s attention. While the staff is friendly and sweet once they come out, this is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be a recurring issue.
The quality of the sandwiches at this location is also not up to standard. Subway is one of my favorite fast-food chains, and I usually look forward to grabbing a sandwich after work, but this location has unfortunately taken away from that experience. I hope improvements are made, because this store does not reflect the quality I expect from the brand.
