  I have come here before. It is usually a good vibe and decent. On today 6/29/26 everyone working today., who I havnt ever seen before, acted as if they HATED their job!. I requested and paid deluxe price for 3 very small scoops of meat on my 2 footlong sandwiches. I noticed the guy before me had a steak and cheese and our meat was the same amount, but he didn't ask for or pay for extra meat. The guy seemed irritable that I asked for to pay for the extra scoop. So he gave me 3 partial scoops total. When they slid my sandwiches down for veggies both people who worked on the sandwiches kept repeating to the cashier..." Its deluxe, Its deluxe, its deluxe!" She looked confused because I hadn't reached her yet. They said it like I was trying to get extra for free. I would have told her that at the register as I don't believe in stealing. Even though it was just 1230, the lettuce was brown and tomatoes were sludge. All this bad service to top it all off with bad attitude. Yikes! Never again!!!!

  Food was made quick and promptly. The assistant manager E. had a great attitude and was polite,fun,speedy and professional. Its just the regional ingredient delivery is inconsistent and ends up hurting the employees that are just doing their job.

  Terrible customer service and no pride in their job. I understand it’s “just subway” but every single employee was just grumpy and not good stewards of their work. I felt as if I was an inconvenience by just ordering a simple sandwich.
