  This location has been one of the worst over the past couple of months. Unfortunately, the customer service has declined significantly. The employees consistently have an attitude and do not demonstrate basic customer service skills or professionalism. This used to be one of the best locations, but it has now become one of the worst. It is also extremely difficult to reach anyone at the location by phone. I recently received an incorrect order and called the location for approximately 10 minutes to address the issue, but no one answered. This level of service is extremely frustrating, unacceptable, and disappointing. Someone from corporate management needs to address the ongoing issues at this location. Customers should not have to deal with poor attitudes, a lack of customer service, and an inability to reach the store when there is a problem with an order. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve the customer experience at this location.

  I love subway, I buy it all the time. This particular Manager at this location needs to be replaced. He has the worst customer service. I ordered extra olives on my sandwich, always do. He barely gave me any so I asked for more, he tells me no. That they can only give so many because subways are getting shut down. So I said okay then I will buy more that's not problem because I want extra. He says i can't purchase extra olives. So if subways are going out of business then charge for it but I find this hard to believe they are going out of business over some extra black olives. But if I want to purchase more I should be able to. I have had an issue with this manager before making my sandwich soggy, my sauce was all over the outside of the bread. This location is the closest to my house, I usually go out of my way to a different one because of him.
