  Went in to order the $6.99 meal of the day x 2 and when the employee gave me the total of $21 I told him that this did not add up and he told me it was tax. I told him this didn't make sense because it should be about $14 + $1-$2 for tax. To sum up my transaction he said he rang up the sandwich, chips, and drink like he was supposed to and that was the total $21. I gave up because I didn't get anywhere with understanding and told him I would just take the sandwiches. Maybe it's a training issue on the register. Is there not a meal of the day option? I should have left out of there paying about $16 instead I just took the sandwiches. So much for the meal of the day option. Be on the lookout of what this place charges! We work hard for our pennies. This location is not to be trusted!

  please train your staff right and make them aware closing time is not until the restaurant hours say so. not when the employees think it’s time to wrap up‼️ 10:25 pm ordered online knowing close is at 11pm. Order was confirmed and when I pull up the restaurant was lights off.. the employee who was there ( a teenager smh) he closed the store earlier than 10:30 pm NOTHING was there to be prepared keep in mind there’s still 30 /40 minutes till the restaurant closed. Instead of fixing my isssue he was talking back rudely questioning me why I went there to eat & why I didn’t understand he had closed already.. first lied that the equipment wasn’t working for the night.. this is a terrible customer service and please hire people who want to work!! care about your clients/ business because with workers like this you lose money & customers. This was ridiculous. Never coming here again. I couldn’t believe it.. I’ve never had a problem like this anywhere in conroe..

  Usually a great place but today I came in a bit early to pick up my online order, which I apologized for and sat out of the way to wait as I was in no rush. She was looking over what I wanted and immediately told me they were out of pepperjack cheese. It was 930 in the morning. She did offer other cheeses and while I was deciding she suddenly found pepper jack cheese. When i got the sandwiches home the "more" or "extra" of the lettuce tomato and spinach i ordered was 1 extra tomato on 1 sandwich and maybe a few extra leaves of spinach. It was a very disappointing visit. Hopefully next time I can come back and change my review.
