I ship through this FedEx regularly and they are always friendly and fast with their service. I am glad to continue using this location.
Be careful using this store for your shipping and return services. I went in January to return my Meta glasses, but the employee attached the wrong return label and gave me the wrong receipt. The package was delivered to a different state, and now I’m stuck owing nearly $300 for glasses I already returned. I’ve been given the runaround by Meta and FedEx, both saying I need to submit a claim for the incident. This is a mess. This was the employee’s fault, and neither FedEx nor Meta has refunded me. I will never ship from this store again.

I struggled with putting my Bissell vacuum back in the box, so I took a chance and drove 35 miles to a full service FedEx. When I arrived , I was initially told that they don’t normally repackage items in their original boxes. The male supervisor dressed in tan came over and took about 15 seconds and showed me how the bottom of the vacuum should fit in the box, which I appreciated. His helpful energy quickly shifted and I was left standing while he attended to other priorities. At that point I was confused and felt somewhat helpless, until luckily my initial point of contact (Jazmin) came back to check on me, and assist me with my vacuum. We worked together and figured it out, and my package is thankfully in the mail. I appreciate Jazmin for her very upbeat, kind, and welcoming attitude helping me until I was able to fit the item in the box and close the box. She displayed the customer oriented and leadership quality that I modeled during my 13 years of retail management, and what I expected from my employees at the time, emphasizing that every customer counts. If she would not have helped me, I probably would have left disappointed after driving 35 to get to the location. Five stars for Jazmin!!
